High-Quality Video and Two-way Audio
The FCS-1040 contains an excellent CCD sensor that records ideal images up to 704 x 480 pixels. This device employs not only MotionJPEG compression to transfer superior video streaming but also combines high quality images with sound provided by a built-in microphone to generate streaming video in MPEG-4 (Simple Profile) format. Two-way audio provides voice communications during an alarm event.
Pan/Tilt/Zoom
The FCS-1040 provides advanced camera features combining a 10x optical zoom lens with up to 10x digital zooming that allows for 100x zooming capability. The Auto Pan function allows the user to define automatic panning movements of individual cameras thus providing the capability to survey the widest range of targets: A pan range of 270-degrees and a tilt range or 90-degrees. The Patrol mode allows the user to preset up to 20 spots for sequential auto-monitoring.
