While combining power with Ethernet Technology, 4 of these 8 ports automatically detect the presence of IEEE 802.3af-compliant devices and provide the capability of transferring power and data over a single cable. The FSW-0822 is an ideal solution for extensive WLAN, IP Phone, and IP surveillance system deployments especially when the legacy and POE compliance devices co-exist in your network environment.

FSW-0822 offers users with fast and reliable network. The store-and-forward architecture filters errors and forwards packets in a nonblocking environment. Flow control ensures the correctness of data transmitting. The 802.3x and backpressure flow control mechanisms work respectively for full and half duplex modes. This device supports Nway auto-negotiation protocol that detects the networking speed and the duplex modes (Full/Half) automatically. AutoMDI/MDI-X function alleviates the effort to use crossover cables.
